MediaWiki
MediaWiki is a free and open source wiki engine used by thousands of organizations and websites across the globe. It's the software that powers Wikipedia, which was released as a free and open source project under the name MediaWiki, a year after the release of Wikipedia. The software allows people to collect and organize knowledge in cooperation with one another, and make it available on the web. MediaWiki is now built by a community of open source developers and provides plugins can be used to extend the software further. Allowing sister sites like Wiktionary, Wikimedia Commons and Wikidata to utilize the same code base.
BookStack
BookStack is a free and open-source, self-hosted, easy-to-use platform for documenting, organizing and storing information. BookStack is written in PHP, on-top of the Laravel Framework and can be hosted on most web hosting platforms, VPSs and cloud instances. The software is configurable and allow you to setup BookStack for your particular user case. It allows you to change, the name, logo, theme and registration options. It also provides a page editor with a simple WYSIWYG interface that can be used to edit content by anyone. BookStack is developed as a truly free and open software and is released under the MIT license.

LinkAce is a free and open-source, self hosted archive to store and organize links of your favorite websites. It allows you to host your own service where you can store links and search though them and categorize them with the helpd of tags and lists. LinkAce also provides automated backups and monitoring of your self hosted service.
