Garuda Linux
Garuda Linux is a free and open-source Arch-based Linux distribution. The mission of Garuda Linux is to provide a stable and easy to install version of Arch Linux. Garuda Linux supports the following desktop environments KDE, GNOME, Xfce, Cinnamon, MATE, LXQt-kwin, Deepin, Wayfire, BSPWM and i3wm and can easily be installed with the Calamares installer. On top of that, Garuda Linux provides GUI's for package management with Pamac, kernel and driver management with Garuda Settings Manager, GPU switching for Optimus laptops with Optimus Manager, manage common tasks with Garuda Assistant, and a GUI for installing curated gaming software called Garuda Gamer.
Tails
The Amnesic Incognito Live System or Tails for short is a portable operating system that protects you against surveillance and censorship. Todo.txt provides a simple and intuetive text-based user interface that can be used in-application or in a command line tool of your choice. With a simple but powerful shell script called todo.sh, you can interact with todo.txt at the command line for quick and easy, Unix-y access.

JingOS is a free and open-source Linux distro designed specifically for tablets. The operating system take design ideas from iOS and iPad and brings them to Linux eco-system. It comes several basic mobile Linux apps, including Calendar, Timer, Files, Media Player, and Calculator. Yet it is still a fully functional operating system that can run Linux-based desktop apps like VS Code, Libre Office, Kdenlive and more. Phoenix OS
Phoenix OS is an operating system specifcally designed to bring Android gaming to the PC. The OS is based on Android 7.1 and is developed and released free and open-source. With Phoenix OS you can play your Android games on a big screen, with mouse and keyboard support thanks to Octopus keymapping engine and Game Assistant, offering a powerful fundamental keymapping.
Lubuntu
Lubuntu is a free and light-weight Linux desktop distribution developed by the Lubuntu Community. The distribution combines the stability of Ubuntu with the faster LXQt desktop to provide a snappy operating system for low-spec computers. Lubuntu has been in active development since 2011 where it was first introduced with the LXDE desktop environment.
